Jaimee Grubbs, a Los Angeles cocktail waitress who claims she is Tiger Woods' mistress and had a secret sexual affair with the swing king for more than a year, has a secret she hasn't been so eager to share, namely a criminal record for theft.
According to court records from the San Diego County Superior Court, Grubbs was arrested and spent a night in jail in San Diego back in July 2004 for shoplifting a coat at a Nordstrom store.
Grubbs pleaded guilty to misdemeanor grand theft, according to court papers obtained by ET Online, which said she also completed an eight-hour theft program.
Grubbs has also had financial problems, which resulted in court action, according to court documents also obtained by ET. In 2007 and 2008 Capital One Bank filed court papers against Grubbs after she failed to pay a credit card balance of $868.07.
