What is that event really, the "Seabrook Explosion!"

This morning there was an explosion in Seabrook, Texas at a large chemical plant. Two people were taken to the hospital for discomfort, but both are in good condition. So far, there have been no other reported injuries, and firefighters have been able to put out the blaze.
Residents were asked to take shelter, because the explosion involved a chemical called Toluene which can cause naseau and tiredness. However, the recommendation was lifted by 11 am. In a recording by the company, they stated that the blast did NOT cause a release of this chemical.
In my opinion, it's only a matter of time before there is a chemical plant explosion that causes serious injuries and damage. I'm thankful that this time it wasn't the Seabrook explosion.
