I have posted about Max Baucus being drunk in delivering his speech in the senate session. This was totally horrible. I have also the video below for you to watch. Listen to his speech and you are the judge if what will happen to his career as a public servant after the incident.

It looks like the video was pulled off of CSPAN and it is legitimate. Unless you are an expert at telling when someone is drunk by looking at a video it would be hard to tell one way or the other.

The fact that he may or may not have had a couple drinks is important though. This was important legislation and tax payers deserve their elected officials have all their faculties when dealing with such an important issue.
